After much research, I chose Dr. Katzen to perform my arm lift and I would choose him again a million more times! From the initial consultation to the surgery, to the post-op care and the various follow-ups, he has always shown the utmost professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for me and my concerns. He has never made me feel rushed and has always taken all the time needed to answer my questions. I just knew I was in excellent hands. I felt at ease during all the phases of my arm lift journey because Dr Katzen is so prepared and experienced, but also very personable. He is warm and kind without ever sounding fake or exaggerated. He is fun and a pleasure to chit-chat with to boot. Most importantly, my arms look amazing. He did a phenomenal job and my recovery was uneventful. My scars didn't heal too well (of course not his fault), but Dr. Katzen has gone out of his way to minimize their appearance by offering various treatments. He takes a lot of pride in his work and clearly wants his patients to be happy, so he sees his work through. Dr. Katzen told me that based on my MRI, my silicone was in the muscle. He explained my options to me and told me that the VASER lipo wouldn't remove all the silicone, so I went for the cut technique because my health is more important. I didn't have any pain when I woke up from anesthesia. I had no infections or complications from surgery. Dr. Katzen is friendly and caring. He definitely knows what he is doing, which is why I'll be back. I knew exactly what to expect and he made my incision exactly where he said he would. There were no surprises. Everybody in the office is friendly and Talia, the PA, called to check on me after surgery which was really nice. I never felt rushed in the office. I rate Dr. Katzen a 10/10! More
