Open Silicone Injection Removal with Posterior Butt Lift for Pain Relief*

Our patient sought help when the symptoms from her prior buttock and hip injections became too painful to ignore. She is a 40-year-old White female who had foreign body injections and was told the product was biopolymer but later developed worsening pain, burning, itching, and hard lumps. She also had migrated product extending into both groins, making the situation even more complex.
