"Results are as good as some of the most high priced specialists in the city - Although this review is for Botox i need to give you a rundown on why i choose Dr Katzen I have always had an incredible experience with Dr Katzen. I have had a tummy tuck, breast lift, BBL plus both an arm lift and a thigh lift since 2017- and I’m not a massive weight loss patient. He's just that good. He Probably has more experience than anyone else in Los Angeles with these lift procedures This past summer wearing shorts for the first time in 20 years was truly life changing. Freeing. And tank tops without a “light sweater” on top to hide my arms when it’s 100 degrees outside- priceless. I wish i would have seen him sooner- like in my 20s- alas he wasn’t around yet :) . . So kind and patient and talented. Why i never turned to him for Botox and filler is a mystery. "Silicone removal then BBL - so fortunate to have found him - Eleven years ago, I made the horrible decision of having silicone injections in my butt. I regretted that decision so badly. Hopefully, my story can prevent another person from getting raw silicone injected into their buttocks. "Feeling Myself Again After Silicone Removal from my Buttocks - I am hoping my review can help someone else out. Five years ago, I didn't make such a wise decision when I agreed to accompany my friend to her procedure to have raw silicone injected into her buttocks. They all talked me into getting it done too (for a discount) and I agreed. Initially, my buttocks looked good. It was nice and full. Over time, I started feeling pain in my buttocks. My butt became disproportionate, red, and lumpy. Of course, I became very concerned and did some research. Thank goodness I found many videos of Dr. Katzen talking about the dangers of raw silicone injections. He talked about the different ways he could remove it. "Posterior buttocks lift right side only - he finally fixed me - Hello, I wanted to share my experience with Dr. Katzen & the team. I am beyond grateful I found him. Dr. Katzen and his team are amazing. From scheduling my surgery to my recovery, I was always treated with good care. Dr. Katzen always made me feel comfortable such a sweet caring person and very humble. I had a BBL done in 2015 by a famous Doctor and my outcome wasn't what I thought it would be. I came out with an asymmetry issue :( My right side of my buttock was bigger and saggy, I also didn't help my situation by gaining weight after being depressed about it. I went to two different surgeons to try and fix my problem the first one suggested liposuction with laser tightening treatment, but that didn't work I felt like my right buttocks sagged even more. So I left it alone and continued with life. I ended up getting pregnant had my baby and I lost weight, well I felt like I was sagging more. So I had a Posterior buttocks lift with another surgeon, well guess what I was left with the same issue one side was bigger than the other. at that point I was distraught. You fixed me finally after all I had been through Dr. Katzen was the only one that did it right! I don't have to walk around self-conscious about my body, I don't have to cover myself with sweaters around my waist in 100° weather. I can finally be out in public with my family without having them be prisoners of my mistake. Just some advice if you get surgery do it right the first time, don't let social media fool you find someone professional and with lots of experience like Dr.Katzen! "He is thorough, experienced, & knows how to explain what he is going to do - In 2005, I received illegal butt shots in my hips and buttocks area. I was told by the injector that saline was injected in me. Periodically, I would get striking pain in my groin area & never associated it with the illegal substance that was in me. My groin area was so hard like straw with cement in it. I found out from Dr. Katzen the substance is free flow and it was in my lymph nodes. It also spread to my left leg below my knee.When I used the restroom & sat too long on the toilet, my legs would get numb. When I stood up, I couldn't walk because it was so painful.Some years back, I had heard K Michelle the R & B singer talk about removal of the illegal substance in her behind. I was afraid to listen to her story & finally I listen & it scared me. I schedule my appt with Dr. Katzen because he is thorough, experienced, & knows how to explain what he is going to do.He doesn't sugar coat anything and that's what I love about him. He's real and doesn't give unrealistic expectations.I had heard some females say, Dr. Katzen will butcher you. I told them, 1st of all, he didn't do this to us, he's only helping & how else is he going to get it out of us if it's in the muscle.So far, I'm not hurting & waiting on my 2nd surgery on March 6, 2023. I really love Anna.Updated on 13 Jul 2022:My surgery was on March 31, 2022 and I sat down for the 1st time in a recline position on May 12. 8 weeks after my surgery, I started to drive a little and sit upright. I slept on my stomach for 10 weeks. I used the bathroom standing up in a small mop bucket. When my cycle came on, I used gorilla tape to tape down my pad in front and behind my compression garment because you can't wear panties. Dr. Katzen told me to take 2 oxycodone pills every 6 hours and it really helped me with the pain.Updated on 23 Dec 2022:Here are images since I had surgery March 31, 2022 with Dr. Katzen. You 2 ladies have totally forgotten who put you in this padicument. He is here to help.There is no excuse for anyone to think he is going to get 100% of the biopolymers out of your body. The paperwork is emailed to us, so there's no excuse you can always go back & read what you initialed & signed.You could have gone somewhere else. It was a choice. Yes, I cried when I read the paperwork because I didn't know what my outcome would be. Now, it has been almost a year, I am satisfied with Dr. Katzen's work. I have dents & it's to be expected because my injections had migrated to my muscle over the 17 year span.For those of you who are skeptical about Dr. Katzen, he is competent for the job. "Took advantage of "working from home" to have some work done - I took advantage of "working from home" to have some work done on my buttocks. "Silicone Removal to get rid of hydrogel shots - I had butt shots done 15 years ago and went 3 times and one fill in. I didn't have any real issues. My guy told me massage my butt so it would soften up and if i felt hard spot just keep massaging, so when I got knots I didn't think anything of it. I just massaged and they soften up. As time went on my butt got bigger and I thought the shots was a fat attracter since all my weight went to my butt and stomach. I'm working on a lil documentary on this to show beginning to end surgery and all. Its so many women out here that don't know what to do, where to go, or who to talk to. I'm here for those of you that have questions. I see ppl being very concerned about the scar. At this point it's about your health and being alive. I just didn't want to be botched. Like I said I'm pleased and I'm only 3 weeks post op so I know I have a journey ahead and I may need a bbl, but will be later down the line."
