This male patient in their 40’s expressed concerns with the excess skin and fat of their breasts, disclosing their previous diagnosis of gynecomastia. Gynecomastia is a common condition in males, resulting in enlarged or swollen male breast tissue. In most cases, gynecomastia is caused by underlying hormonal imbalances or undergoing hormone therapy, but this condition can also be caused by certain medications, weight gain, or genetics.
