Beverly Hills patient gets smaller arms after brachioplasty/ arm lift*

This is a 34 year old Black female patient. She is 5’4” and weighed 177 pounds. Her maximum weight was 270 and she lost 100 pounds. She was not happy with the excess skin and fat in her arms.
