A 49-year-old woman unfortunately underwent silicone injections in her buttocks from a previous practitioner, which led to complications and persistent pain. In response, I employed the ultra-sound guided VASER technique to assist in the removal of silicone and scar tissue. Fortunately, the product wasn't embedded in the muscle, allowing for a closed technique approach. After a meticulous 3-hour procedure, I successfully extracted 2 liters of silicone and fat. The outcome was favorable; she no longer experiences pain or the bothersome tingling sensation. She can now sit and sleep comfortably, feeling significantly improved post-operation.
