Beverly Hills patient gets smaller breasts after gynecomastia surgery*

This is a 27 year old White patient who is 6’4” and weighed over 500 pounds. He lost over 270 pounds through diet and exercise. He was not happy with the excess skin and fat in his breasts. He traveled from Florida to California to have gynecomastia surgery, aka male breast reduction with Dr. J. Timothy Katzen. He also had a horizontal torsoplasty and arm lift surgery at the same time.
