What to Eat After a 360 Circumferential Lower Body Lift if you are Vegan

In consideration of those who have had a 360 circumferential lower body lift and are vegan, the following is a plant-based sample menu for a person who is 150 lbs (68 kg). Assuming energy needs of 25 calories/kg/day and protein needs of 1.5 g/kg/day, this would calculate to about 1700 calories and 102 grams of protein. Also given consideration are those who have had bariatric surgery, and so this sample menu is divided into 6 small meals and is low in added sugar. Calorie and protein content of foods were calculated using values from myfooddiary.com.
