The following is a sample daily menu of 1700 calories and 100 grams protein. This would be adequate for a person weighing 160 lbs who has just had a post-bariatric body lift. This sample menu is particularly for those who are lacto-ovo vegetarians (those who consume eggs and milk, but no other animal products).
