Today's patient previously underwent a breast augmentation procedure, and over time the implants have lost their shape and grown asymmetrical. The patient would also like a larger size implant! This patient had previously had Illegal Silicone Injections into her breasts in Venezuela; we think it's silicone, but there's no way to know unfortunately.
