This 43-year-old female patient initially weighed 230 lbs, but was able to lose about 80 pounds with diet and exercise!! ?? With that weight loss, the patient had previously had a tummy tuck, breast augmentation & lift, and a crescent thigh lift performed by another plastic surgeon. Unfortunately, over time the scar from the aforementioned thigh lift had migrated and separated the patient’s labia majora. The patient then had a revision procedure performed by another plastic surgeon, but still had unsatisfying results. So, this patient came to Dr. Katzen for a second revision for their crescent thigh lift. This middle aged male patient had lost about 140 pounds with diet and exercise. The patient disliked the residual skin and fat of their abdomen, love handles, thighs, and buttocks after their significant weight loss.
