"The decision to have any major surgery should never be taken lightly. Surgery can be incredibly daunting; complications can and do occur. With that said, I knew from the beginning that Dr. Katzen was going to be my surgeon after our first meeting. During consultation, Dr. Katzen and his team were incredibly open about the process, including the realities of recovery, follow-ups, and scar treatment. I had two major procedures within the span of 8 weeks. After the first surgery, my body wasn't too happy about the procedure, to say the least. Dr. Katzen and his team were incredibly communicative and accessible throughout what was a difficult recovery process. Now, 6 months after my first surgery, I know that the hallmark of a great surgeon is how they guide you through any complications you might experience. I was anemic after surgery and had issues with wounds opening, but thankfully, those issues are now behind me. Having major surgery and going through the recovery process is an emotional journey just as much as a physical one. It was painful, I was completely reliant upon others for the first two weeks, and it can be expensive. These are all factors one should consider before surgery. However, if someone were to ask me (and ask me they have), if I could, would I do it all over again knowing what I know now? That answer is always a resounding yes. Yes, without question, I am much happier now. And I would pick Dr. Katzen again over anyone else."

"Dr. Katzen removed not one, but two very persistent Plantar warts from my foot. The first was easily removed with a laser, but then, unfortunately, another one bloomed a month later. This one was more stubborn, requiring multiple laser treatments and freezing. Throughout the whole process, Dr. Katzen was patient, thorough and professional. My foot is now free of any warts and I can walk without any discomfort. Thank you, Dr. Katzen! I am adding to this review as Dr. Katzen performed liposuction on my abdominal area as well as my back and chin. I am happy to say that after a year, I am still loving my new body. I can wear a bikini again!"
