This patient is in her mid 30's. She's 5'4 and 190 lbs. In June of 2021, she came to Dr. Katzen for silicone injections removal (silicone injected in 2011). She healed nicely and came in for buttock reconstruction with her own fat, also known as a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). After healing from silicone injections removal, she was left with indentations where the incisions were. Dr. Katzen filled these dents with fat and gave her a nice, round buttock. This patient is happier and healthier with her silicone-free buttock. She experienced a lot of bad symptoms including pain and swelling, and about 6 months ago came to Dr. Katzen for VASER assisted suction removal of silicone injections.
